BIG EVENT!!! BUCK'S 15th BIRTHDAY
March, 2006
Buck the Husky, Will be Celebrating His 15th Birthday on March 18, 2006 at the Animal Supply House Pet Store in Columbia, South Carolina. It will be a time for hundreds of friends made over the years to drop by and visit Buck.
The Old Husky has traveled thousands of miles over the past 6 years as the companion and helpful aid to his master, Johnny Mayo. "Without Buck at my side, so many of my endeavers in recent years might not have happened - He has been the crutch I needed when it was time to step up and share the War Dogs stories". Johnny Mayo
Buck has been to each of the last three Vietnam Dog Handler National Reunions; Washington, DC in 2000, St Louis in 2002, and Phoenix, Az. in 2004. We are looking forward to making the trip to the next reunion in Charleston, SC - Oct. 2006.
